Email in any form at all but Jpeg
and bigger resolution (300dpi) is better for printing.
Images no smaller than 5x7inch or 18x12cm
or 2100
x 1500 pixels. Larger is ok. There is no maximum.
Please either include captions of give the files a meaningful name.
