• Eventing - Riders Briefing - Mess Hall 
• Eventing - Trot Up CCI3*/CCI2* 2.30pm
• Eventing - Trans Tasman Rider Welcome BBQ
• Vaulting - Indoor Arena 8am -2pm

FRIDAY 26 April

• Eventing - Dressage (all international classes) 8am-4pm
• Young Event Horse (dressage starts 8am)
• Jumping - Indoor (height classes) starts 9.30am
• Jumping - Hack Arena (Young Horse & Australian Amateur Championship classes) - Hack Arena starts 9.30am 

SATURDAY 27 April

• Morning - Cross Country Walk with Mike Etherington Smith & Wayne Roycroft  9.30am Meet at the Start of the cross country course on the steeplechase track. 
• Eventing - Dressage (EvA105) from 8.00am
• Eventing - Cross Country all classes Starts with 1* at 8.30am
• Jumping - Indoor (height & Junior Rider)
• Jumping - Height & Australian Amateur Championship Classes
• Evening Indoor Program - Young Rider Jumping - Trans Tasman Drinks & Live Music - 6pm till 11pm - Food and drinks on sale from 6pm - all welcome - Great entertainment including live music

SUNDAY 28 April

• Eventing - Final trot up (all international classes)
• Eventing - Show Jumping (all classes)
• Jumping - Indoor (Junior, Young Rider, 1.30m & CSI3* World Cup Jumping Qualifier)
• Jumping - Hack Arena (Australian Amateur Championship & Height classes)
